by Penelope Craven. When you order your flowers
from Penny's Flowers, you are DEALING DIRECT
with the florist that is personally arranging
and delivering your order to a Sunshine Coast
destination. Orders taken locally, nationally
and from all over the world, can be personally
arranged with freshly cut local flowers for
personal local delivery 7 days a week including
We only service the local Sunshine Coast area
with our own personal delivery service. Unlike
many other florists, we do not use couriers
and we do not relay orders to other florists.
Also unlike some other florists, we do not build
our delivery costs into the value of flowers,
as such we charge $8-00 for our personal delivery,
all orders of $100-00 and
over, are delivered FREE;

As we are internet florists, unlike
most florist shops we don't need to display
flowers out of refrigeration e.g., on the shop
floor. As such all our flowers, whilst being
displayed on the internet are being kept fresh
under refrigeration, which is part of the cold
chain from the grower to the customer.
Customers can receive a digital photo and emailed
delivery confirmation with every internet order
(cost $5-00). Please note that we endeavor to
email the photo and confirmation by the evening
of the delivery day, however we may not be able
to do it until the following morning. Please
also note that this service is available for
Sunshine Coast personal deliveries only only
and is not available for Hobart deliveries.
Penny's Flowers is not a relay florist and we
do not relay orders to other regions or florists,
nor do we accept orders from internet relay
about relay florists). We only service the
Sunshine Coast & Hobart Regions and do not
take orders for delivery interstate or intrastate
outside the Sunshine Coast & Hobart Regions.

Orders can be taken via the online Order Form and Payments
can be made via our SSL Secure Server facility (128

Every internet order receives an emailed confirmation
and time of delivery. Sorry this is normally not
available for telephone orders, but can be provided

An emailed digital photo is also available with the
confirmation of delivery of an internet order. (Sunshine
Coast Qld. only) IMPORTANT : If you select this service (cost $5-00), please
ensure that you enter a valid e-mail address for delivery
of your receipt, delivery confirmation and digital photo
of the order. As you go through the order process, you
may wish to print out the order confirmation page and
your credit card charge authorisation page. After we
have processed your payment and personally delivered
your order, we will send you your confirmation and time
of delivery email along with the DIGITAL PHOTO of your
